transparent and auditable investigation and analysis of aircraft
occurrences, followed by recommendations for any remedial action
to minimize the possibility of re-occurrence;

of service and compliance with internationally recognized standards
and practices. A written consultancy document would highlight
any areas where remedial action was required;
•Introduction of a Safety Management System to ensure compliance
with ICAO legislation;
•Identification and establishment of any training or refresher
courses required by the air traffic control staff. Any training
courses required could be scheduled at convenient locations for
the customer.

and comprehensive Aeronautical Information is the foundation upon
which a safe and efficient air traffic service is based. Considerable
experience in the provision of AIS and the essential data capture
and associated procedure development to produce a safe, validated
flight and air traffic control procedures base. The following

" Provision of the airport Aeronautical Information Services;
" WGS 84 obstacle surveys at all airports. To ensure the
basis of an internationally acceptable database, Survey's data
handling routines follow the guidelines detailed in EUROCONTROL
ES1007 (Surveying of Navigational Facilities), ICAO WGS 84 and
UK CAP 232;
" Review and production of ATC procedures, including establishment
of SIDS and STARS together with realignment of controlled airspace
to ensure optimum usage;
" Theoretical and practical training of the customer's staff,
in the aforementioned disciplines, to ensure local long-term system
sustainability. |
